Our headquarter is in Baiyun District. We own the modernized workshop and office, with a total construction area of 300 acres. We have more than 400 employees and a world-class production line.
Our co***ny has successively imported the double-sprinkler Reicofil II polypropylene spunbonded line from the world-famous Reifenhauser co***ny in Germany.
We own 20 imitation German Rifen PP nonwoven fabric production lines, and the annual output of PP nonwoven fabric is more than 15000 tons.
We have one Laminated nonwoven fabric production line and one SMS nonwoven fabric production line. Our annual output of PE Laminated nonwoven fabric and SMS nonwoven fabric are more than 600 and 1500 tons.
We also process six melt blown fabric production lines. The annual output of melt-blown fabric is more than 1500 tons, including s nonwoven fabric, SS nonwoven fabric, SSS nonwoven fabric, SMS nonwoven fabric and SMMS nonwoven fabric, 99 and 95 melt-blown fabric.
Our SS production line adopts double-sprinkler technology. The product is mainly used in medical and health equipment, such as masks and protective clothing. The widths of our products are various, 1.8 m, 2.4 m and 3.2 m respectively, and the weight is from 15 to 100 g/m2.
Our products are one of the highest in the Chinese nonwoven fabric industries. We have exported to the Asia, Europe, South America, Africa and other global regions. We devote ourselves into the international topping demonstration base of the new nonwoven materials and sanitary materials.
